Chris Prince, MBA

Chris Prince joined Avison Young’s Greenville team in 2017 as an Associate broker, specializing in the commercial office and healthcare sectors. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA, both from Clemson University. A Greenville native, Chris has deep roots in the Upstate, which he uses to the benefit of his clients. He is able to use his in-depth knowledge of the Greenville market to create the best opportunities for his clients to succeed. Chris also understands the fast-paced and ever changing regulatory landscape of the healthcare sector. He is, therefore, able to provide critical insight to clients looking to maximize operations efficiency and determine optimal practice locations so they may meet the needs of their patient base and continue serving Upstate, South Carolina. Outside the office, Chris can be found volunteering for the Salvation Army as an Echelon member. He also donates his time to JDRF Greenville Chapter, Generations Group Home, and other community organizations. On weekends he is usually watching Clemson football or downtown walking his Brittany Spaniel, Layla.
