Chris Parke

Chris is a Senior Advisor at SVN | Three Rivers Commercial Advisors. Most recently Chris has moved to the Pittsburgh area from Los Angeles, California where he lived for 12 years. Originally from Latrobe, Chris came back to Pittsburgh to be closer to his family and friends. Since being back Chris has started a career with the SVN office, as well as taken on the role as an owner of multiple buildings in Westmoreland County. This is where Chris excels, as he has a strong knowledge of the geographic region, as well as the communities and neighborhoods he is working with, due to familiarity as he grew up close by. As a Senior Advisor Chris states that he is focused on his clients needs and attention to detail in his position. He feels that his experience in opening and running businesses allows him to be a great asset to the team at SVN | Three Rivers. Chris graduated from Latrobe High School and has his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
