Chris represents both landlords and tenants, advising and negotiating sales and lease transactions resulting in exceptional results for his clients. Prior to joining NAI Commercial, Chris was Vice President of a boutique commercial real estate firm in Downtown Vancouver specializing in tenant representation in office leasing and sales. Prior to commercial real estate, Chris specialized in designing and modeling engineering projects using CADD, GIS, remote sensing and Civil 3D software. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Victoria.
