Chris has over 11 years of experience in brokerage and development. He has expansive knowledge across multiple fields of commercial real estate, which enables greater client representation and reliability. He specializes in multi-family, industrial, office and land. Chris holds a degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Nebraska, a designee of the CCIM Institute, which is commercial real estate's most influential professional organization, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2007. Chris has also been on the Costar and Xceligent office boards since their inception. Chris lives in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife. He enjoys sports, Husker athletics, cycling and traveling.
