He has handled over 10 million square feet of real estate assignments in Southern California and major markets throughout the United States. Chris has provided guidance to numerous large companies with workforces surpassing 1,000 employees, assisting them with critical real estate decisions, particularly notable for several high-profile headquarters transactions exceeding 100,000 square feet. Chris is an expert in lease negotiations, deal strategy, market assessment, site selection, and the purchase or sale of commercial properties. Prior to founding Real Estate IQ, Chris previously held the position of Director at Savills, a prominent global corporate real estate firm, before joining Cresa Global as Principal, where he continued to specialize in representing businesses in their commercial real estate transactions. Chris holds an undergraduate degree from Miami University. In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, saltwater fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
