ABOUT

Chris Moses is the president and CEO of Moses Tucker Partners. Mr. Moses oversees the strategic direction of the Little Rock based commercial real estate and development company throughout the state of Arkansas. Under his leadership, Moses Tucker Partners has become the second largest real estate company in the state. Mr. Moses currently focuses on tenant representation, landlord representation, development, and investment sales. Mr. Moses became President and CEO of Moses Tucker Partners in 2013. Since then, he has created and been involved in development, leasing and investment projects with a combined value of more than $800 million. He has also grown the firm’s property management division by over 800%, to more than 8.5 million square feet. Recent transactions and developments include The Vue on Riverfront ($36m multi-family development), EJ Ball Building (re-development and $10.5m sale), Premier Medical Plaza ($37m medical re-development), and Mann on Main (re-development & $16.5m sale), Mr. Moses also focuses on build-to-suit development for a variety of national retailers such as Slim Chickens, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Circle K, and others. Prior to joining Moses Tucker Partners, Mr. Moses worked as a senior retail advisor for four years with a nationally recognized brokerage firm and for five years with a boutique firm in Irvine, California. Mr. Moses has worked extensively on both the East and West coasts on behalf of numerous institutional and private client groups. Mr. Moses has been named as a Top Producer by Newmark Knight Frank for four consecutive years (2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020). In 2020, Mr. Moses was recognized in the Arkansas 250 class and to the Arkansas Money & Politics list of Future 50 business leaders in Arkansas. Mr. Moses currently holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member designation of the CCIM Institute) Arkansas 250 & Future 50 Wolfe Street Foundation Board Member New Life Church Sober Living Committee Graduate: Mr. Moses graduated from Clemson University’s Master of Real Estate Development Program (MRED), where he earned the distinguished Alpha Sigma Epsilon Honor Award. Undergraduate: Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from Arizona State University.
