Chris Monroe

Chris Monroe is Principal and Vice President of Corporate Services for Moses Tucker Partners. In this role, Chris assists in the leadership and oversight of the Central Arkansas retail advisory services for the firm. He focuses primarily on retail build to suit development and ownership, retail tenant representation, landlord representation and brokerage. Chris has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail development and construction, private equity investments and operation management. He also brings to his position an entrepreneurial background that includes experience in various industry sectors including healthcare, industrial outsourcing and distribution. In 2004, Arkansas Business recognized Chris as one of its “Forty Under Forty” most impressive business and community leaders in the state. An active industry leader, Chris has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2006. He is also a leadership graduate of the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce and participates in its mentoring program. Additionally, Chris is an active member of his community. He is currently a foundation board member of the Little Rock Catholic High School for Boys. Chris also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arkansas.
