Chris Lio

Chris Lio oversees the leasing of a diverse portfolio of industrial, retail and office properties around the suburban Portland region. He’s keenly focused on maintaining up-to-the-minute market knowledge and distilling that information for clients. Chris believes his work significantly impacts the lives of landlords and tenants, and he takes pride in knowing his expertise and service can make a difference. Chris joined NAI Elliott in 2010. His 20 years of industry experience and past work in investment real estate give him a common language with clients. He earned his private pilot’s license in 1999 and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California. With over twenty years of brokerage, management and ownership in commercial real estate, he brings extensive knowledge, experience and perspective to our leasing and brokerage teams. He also has over 10 years of experience in the brokerage of multi-family properties throughout the Portland region. Before joining NAI Elliott, Christopher worked as an Associate for Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate and Compass Commercial Real Estate. He has also acted as a principal in the ownership, management and redevelopment of many single-family and multi-family properties throughout the Portland region. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Christopher was the Director of Finance for a regional engineering and land use planning firm in Portland.
