Chris Lilley

Chris Lilley serves as a Land/Timber Advisor for The Overton Group and has been with the firm since 2013. He specializes in residential land development, timberland, and farm real estate. In 2005, Chris joined his father in their family business, Woodridge Timber, Inc, where he became a Registered Forester in North Carolina. In his role with his family company, Chris works with private landowners to manage their timberland, including logging and reforestation. Chris is in tune with timber markets in the region and can provide landowners with sound advice on what they should do to optimize their goals for the property. In addition, Chris works with developers and end-users to identify new potential sites for development, helping them from the beginning process of market analysis to closing the property. He understands the many soil types in North Carolina and the development costs it will take to make a deal come together.
