Chris Koullas

Chris immigrated to New York City from the Mediterranean island country of Cyprus in 1971, after spending 6 years in the merchant marines. He eventually made his way down south to attend Georgia Tech. He graduated on the Dean’s List with an Industrial Management degree. In 1987, Chris began manufacturing women’s apparel and grew his company to over 150 employees in addition to 10 subcontracting factories. His success in the real estate industry soon followed when he built Grecian Court, a 10-unit townhome apartment community near downtown Auburn. Koul Properties was founded in 1996 and has since been involved in office, retail, and residential development projects throughout the Auburn market. Chris is a family man, businessman, and people’s person. His words of advice have brought success to many over the years. He has always told his clients, “if you are not successful, I am not successful”. He is more than happy to help anyone willing to listen and act. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family at his lake home at Lake Martin or overseas in his hometown Limassol, Cyprus
