Chris broadened his experience while at Grubb & Ellis/BRE, Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he represented a wide array of flex, industrial, retail, and specialty tenants. He also had an opportunity to oversee a staff of six and provide his analytical and research skills as vice president of research at Cassidy Turley Phoenix, all while continuing to transact. Chris, in total, has represented landlord assignments exceeding 6 million square feet and completed over 950 lease transactions in excess of 3 million square feet on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has also been party to over .5 million square feet of office property and 4 million square feet of land sales. Chris is an Arizona native who resides in Scottsdale with his family. He was a four-year letterman and NCAA Championship qualifier as a member of the Arizona State University Men’s Division I Swim Team.
