Chris Houge

Chris Houge is a principal with LA Realty and specializes in the representation of owners, investors and tenants in the Los Angeles Westside marketplace. With his extensive market and transactional experience, Mr. Houge provides clients with advice and expertise about industry and market conditions and trends. Over the course of his career, Mr. Houge has represented a diverse cross section of national and international firms’ office space requirements, including providing expertise in the leasing, valuation, acquisition and disposition of real estate portfolios and single assets. Mr. Houge is a specialist in the West Los Angeles market and handles all facets of tenant representation, property acquisition, disposition and financial analysis. Chris has been involved in over 28 million square feet of sale and lease negotiations for a total consideration in excess of $4billion. Prior to co-founding LA Realty Partners, Chris was with Madison Partners for 6 years, CB Richard Ellis for more than 18 years and for four years with Insignia ESG. While at the various firms, Chris was consistently a top-producer. Chris has been honored numerous times including "Hot Broker" by the California Real Estate Journal and "Power Broker" by Costar/Commercial Property News. A graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, Mr. Houge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, is a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association and sits on the Board of the Bobby Jones Golf Company.
