Chris has over 26 years of experience with site selection, corporate client transactions, agency leasing, build-to-suit developments, surplus property dispositions and investment sales. Prior to being recruited by JLL, Chris spent 17 years leading the Industrial Brokerage Group at United Properties (now Cushman Wakefield/Northmarq) in Minneapolis. During his career he completed over 22 Million Square Feet of transactions that range from leasing, sales development and corporate representation.
