Chris Hernandez

Based out of the Austin office, Chris Hernandez is a Single-Tenant Investment Specialist. As part of the Net-Lease Properties Group, he represents buyers and sellers of Net Leased properties with a focus on dark retail properties. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Chris was with PepsiCo working in sales and distribution throughout Texas. Chris got his start working for Chemtrade, where he produced for pharmaceutical companies, such as Bayer and Pfizer. Certified in Argus Enterprise, Chris focuses on key financial performing indicators in the commercial real estate market and leverages Marcus & Millichap's research platform to best advise clients. Chris grew up in Waxahachie, TX and spends his free time reading up on Texas history. Out of the office, he enjoys the local festivities Austin has to offer from art & history museums, live music, Town Lake, and the countryside.
