With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate in Las Vegas, Chris specializes in open-air retail leasing, office, warehouse, and tenant site selection. As a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, he worked with Diversified, Real Corporation, Montecito Companies, SES Beck, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and then his Brother's company SVN The Equity Group from May 2014 until January 2020, after which he founded CDG-RE as Principal Broker. Chris has gained substantial experience in tenant representation, acquisitions, investments, asset management, strategic planning, and dispositions. He is passionate about and creative about leasing solutions across various asset types, including retail, office, and warehouse properties. This encompasses street retail, urban mixed-use developments, grocery-anchored centers, strip malls, professional office complexes, flex offices, and warehouses. Chris provides leasing brokerage services for both national and regional landlords and tenants. He also offers site selection, strategic planning, and retail development services for leading retailers and local businesses by employing effective store placement strategies.
