Chris Giacalone

Chris Giacalone, Northeast Director of Real Estate for Roberts Equities, is a 20-year veteran in commercial Real Estate specializing in Portfolio Management, Development, Acquisitions and Dispositions. Mr. Giacalone has a strong expertise in developing strategic planning, financial structuring and transaction management. He has placed some of the most recognized retail tenants into prime locations including: JP Morgan Chase, Wachovia, ADI, Cactus Salon, Paul Mitchell, RentWay, Subway, Quiznos, Rent-A-Wheel, Big Lots and more. As a landlord representative, Mr. Giacalone has worked with the nation’s largest clients including Simon, RXR, Weingarten, JDN Realty, DDRC, and Kimco. In addition, he has completed the dispositions of over 300 surplus properties throughout the United States. Prior to joining Roberts Equities, Mr. Giacalone was the Executive Vice President at Realty Insight Group. There, he built a solid national foundation of landlord and tenant clients throughout the United States. Mr. Giacalone holds a degree at Saint John’s University in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
