Chris Gallagher

Chris Gallagher is assisting in spearheading CBRE’s Broward County’s Office Landlord Transaction Agency Business. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gallagher served as Vice President of Leasing at Duke Realty Corporation, South Florida. In this strategic leadership role, he was responsible for leasing and developing approximately 7 million square feet of office and industrial properties, and was involved in complex acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Gallagher provides an extensive skill set that is rarely seen in the South Florida real estate landscape.
