Before, during, and after Chris founded CCP with Ian Furar in 2006, he excelled as a part of many notable local and national real estate teams, including Irvine Company, Marriott, Macerich, Westfield, Shappell, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and more. Chris earned Broker of the Year awards on multiple occasions from The Irvine Company and Tharaldson Hospitality. He also served as Exclusive Broker for RD Olson Development and Vice President of CWB. CCP’s Pure Hospitality™ platform is the latest example of Chris’s creative market solutions. Over his 30 years in the industry, Chris has created a unique Co-tenancy in the hospitality sector with CCP’s own category of Pure Hospitality, combining Retail and Hospitality in a dynamic and energized environment. Chris is a proud UCLA graduate (Go Bruins!) and when he isn’t overseeing your next deal and or following his son’s band, you’ll catch him heading to the mountains to fish, golf, and ski with family or friends.
