Chris Festarini

Chris is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in industrial sales and leasing in the GTA West market. By building relationships with real estate occupiers, property owners and investors, he is able to create value through the development, implementation and execution of their real estate strategies. Chris previously served as an industrial data associate for two years at Colliers International where he learned the fundamentals of the marketplace. Prior to joining Colliers International, Chris was a goaltender in the Ontario Hockey League followed by a full hockey scholarship at Wilfrid Laurier University. While competing for the Men’s Varsity hockey team, Chris earned Academic All-Canadian status and graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Chris’s competitive nature and past team experiences have provided a strong foundation for his career in commercial real estate
