Chris Ehrenfeld

Chris Ehrenfeld was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but was drawn to North Carolina by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC, he decided to make Chapel Hill his permanent home. Chris is passionate about all aspects of real estate from real estate development and general brokerage to general contracting. During his 20+ years in the field, he has been involved in hundreds of millions of real estate transactions in the local market. As a recipient of numerous awards, Chris is recognized throughout the Triangle as a leader in business and development as well as in the community where he lives and works.
