Chris Duncan, SIOR

A seasoned broker with over 18 years of commercial experience and a San Diego native, Duncan works with Voit Real Estate Services for the benefit of the region’s tenants, buyers and landlords. He focuses on the industrial, flex and biotech market in Central San Diego. Duncan received the Rising Star of the Year award in 2004 at Voit Real Estate Services in recognition of his superior effort, hard work and potential to succeed. Guided by a commitment to help his clients realize their goals, he has consistently taken courses aimed at improving his negotiating, sales and marketing skills. Over the course of his career in commercial real estate, Duncan has facilitated over 500 lease and sales transactions, representing nearly $600 million in volume. Known for his ability to orchestrate successful closings, he has excelled as a result of his commitment to provide his clients with useful research about national economic trends and the latest developments in real estate. Duncan is a member of corporate facility advisors, Corfac International and is a CCIM candidate and SIOR Member. A graduate of La Jolla High School, Duncan received a scholarship to play intercollegiate football at Saint Mary’s College of California, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996.
