Chris Dray

Christopher S. Dray has represented local and regional retail tenants and investors throughout the Houston market. His areas of expertise include retail, office, investments, tenant representation, land brokerage and project development in Houston’s urban core and suburban core. Dray focuses on long-term, full-service relationships with commercial real estate investors and tenants to re-develop and revitalize urban in-fill locations to maximize tenant and landlord value. He has advised and represented retailers and entrepreneurs in site selection, market analysis and purchase and/or lease negotiations in all the major sub markets throughout Houston. A graduate of Emory University with a B.A. in Psychology and the University of Florida with an MBA in Finance, Dray is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Dray was the overall Top Producer for seven straight years with his previous company and earned the “Heavy Hitter” distinction by the Houston Business Journal.
