Chris represents local and national tenants, owner-users, and investors in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial and flex properties. He joined the team of Zach Francis and Karla Hansen in 2020 who have a combined 15 years’ experience in industrial brokerage in the greater Portland area. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Chris was a research analyst at JLL, analyzing the office and industrial market. This role allowed Chris to gain a competitive advantage by becoming well-versed in the dynamics of Portland’s industrial marketplace. Chris received a head start in the industry by completing two internships in commercial real estate while at Oregon State University at Harsch Investment Properties and HFF. He brings an unparalleled work ethic and creativity to the business and is a tremendous addition to the firm.
