Chris Dowd

Chris Dowd, Principal and Director of Asset Management, is responsible for hybridge’s operations and oversees the firm’s property management portfolio. He is a CPM Candidate, working to attaint this accreditation. Prior to joining Hybridge, Chris worked for his family’s development company in Decatur, Illinois. Specializing in retail centers, Chris has been involved in the development, financing and disposition of retail properties, as well as the acquisition of investment properties. In addition, Chris has extensive third-party leasing and management experience working with Landlords and Developers. Chris is from Decatur, Illinois and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Chris and his wife live in Lithia, Florida with their two boys.
