Chris Davis

Chris Davis serves as Asset Manager and Advisor for the firm. Chris works directly with the Sr Partners in assisting clients in acquisition and disposition of property as well as leasing for national clients. Chris grew up in Greensboro, NC before moving to Greenville in 2009 where he attended East Carolina University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He worked in Sales and product site selection for 8 years throughout Eastern North Carolina before obtaining his real estate license in early 2021. Chris worked in residential Real Estate for 6 months before joining The Overton Group. He focuses on building trusting relationships with his clients that will help him serve their best interests. He is excited to continue his education and contribute to the growth of Greenville and surrounding Eastern North Carolina communities.
