A Pennsylvania native, Christopher brings more than 20 years of real estate expertise to MPN. He joined the team in 2015, specializing in apartment property sales, and he is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. Christopher studied real estate at The Pennsylvania State University, where he developed a fascination with the different types of income-producing investment properties and how they can be affected by ever-changing demographics, zoning, historical considerations, neighborhood groups, and the economy. Prior to joining MPN, Christopher worked with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Company, The Kislak Company, Inc, and First American Real Estate Tax Service. Christopher resides in Newtown Square, and he is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Philadelphia as well as the Delaware County Apartment Association. When he is not working, he can be found cycling or playing guitar. He is also a certified scuba diver.
