Chris Beets

Chris Beets has completed hundreds of transactions valued at over $150 million during his 12-year career in corporate real estate. A Las Vegas native, his intimate knowledge of the Las Vegas industrial and flex markets, valuation insight and financial acumen provide his clients with the tools to assist in forming appropriate real estate strategies to achieve their near and long-term goals.Mr. Beets joined NKF in 2013 and worked for Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services as an associate, providing industrial landlord and tenant representation services to local and national clients. Previously, he was an associate for Marcus & Millichap's National Office and Industrial Properties Group, where he sold investment-grade real estate and represented investment groups with the underwriting and acquisition of non-performing commercial real estate debt. He also worked at two real estate-related law firms, Sullivan Law Group and Mushkin and Hafer.
