Chris Beard

Chris Beard’s broad career in commercial real estate spans over 16 years. He has helped users & investors secure warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, commercial and multi-family properties, and worked with companies in negotiating lease agreements or providing advice in complex real estate projects. Chris came to JLL during the acquisition of Harry K. Moore Co. in May 2016, where he was an Industrial Property Specialist. In the years since, he has continued to represent sellers/landlords as well as buyers/tenants in transactions throughout the Kentucky and Southern Indiana marketplace. Prior to Real Estate Chris worked several years as an Financial Recruiter in the Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana territory after earning a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky in 1995. In addition, Chris is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Kentucky Chapter. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, playing golf and attending a variety of sporting events.
