Prior to joining Matthews™, Chris worked for Commercial Brokers International, where he was one of the leading agents working on assisting landlords to re-tenant or redevelop their sites creative value with stronger, higher profile tenants. Additionally, he worked on building relationships with tenants, mainly restaurant operators, to help expand their business. Chris represented buyers for 1031 Exchanges across the country, helping investors increase their monthly cash flow and protect their value by locating stable, long-term tenants at a higher value.
