Chris founded I4 Properties Group in 2022. Prior to starting his own brokerage, he was the Vice President for NAI Realvest. He is a Florida native who grew up in Winter Haven, Florida. Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida State University, with a major in business real estate and a minor in economics. Chris grew up with a real estate background, being the fourth consecutive generation in his family to specialize in real estate. Education: Bachelor of Science, Florida State University
