Chip Watson

Chip Watson, SIOR, joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 and serves as Managing Principal in Atlanta. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Chip has represented a diverse group of local, national, and global clients. His experience includes build-to-suits, manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, transportation hubs, third-party logistics and supply chains. Chip has developed real estate strategies for users whose requirements range from complex site selection, incentives and construction issues to simple leases or sale leasebacks. His experience in industrial development is beneficial to his clients as it relates to infrastructure and ground-up construction. Before joining SRS, Chip spent 13 years at Avison Young where he was a Principal. Prior to that, Chip was with CBRE, following its acquisition of Trammell Crow Company, where he started his career.
