Chip Sipple

As a Founding Principal of Industry Real Estate Partners, Chip Sipple leads the identification, valuation and negotiation of potential office, retail and industrial acquisition/disposition opportunities across the Southeast. He began his career in 2009, joining Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, Prudential Asset Resources’ mortgage servicer. During his tenure, he totaled $1.08 billion in commercial loan resolutions for a variety of property types and capital sources across the country. From 2012 to 2020, he assumed the role of Vice President of Capital Markets for Lincoln Property Company where he primarily served Georgia, Florida, Alabama South Carolina, North Carolina and Tennessee with capital markets activity including acquisitions, development and dispositions valued in excess of $1.5 billion. Bringing this specialized institutional experience and a grass roots approach to life in a new boutique firm, Chip founded Industry Real Estate Partners alongside his two partners Jeff and Stephen in 2021. A Savannah native, Chip received his BBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. A proud member of NAIOP, Chip was elected to the Future Leaders in 2016 and named to the Future Leaders Executive Committee in 2017. Chip is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia and a multi-year member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ million dollar club. He currently resides in Buckhead with his wife and their children, Charlie and Harper. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
