Since 1998 Chip McReynolds has represented commercial tenants and buyers in locating, negotiating and acquiring leases, and purchasing properties. He has completed over 400 lease and sale transaction. His base of returning clients and referrals is a testament to his work ethic and the reputation he's built in the real estate industry in the Denver market. Chip consistently demonstrates loyalty and follow-through with his longtime clients and relationships, going above and beyond to help them achieve their goals. As a native of Colorado, Chip is often found exploring single track on his mountain bike or dropping into the steeps on his skis in the backcountry. Chip and his wife Laura and their two children Cullen & Linley are actively involved with local children's cancer fund raising organizations such as Cure Search & Shining Stars Foundation.
