Cheyne Mench
Cheyne Mench is a Leasing Manager at Alexander & Baldwin.
Cheyne is responsible for leasing A&B’s industrial, office, and ground assets throughout the state of Hawaii. Cheyne started at A&B in 2017 as a Lease Administrator/Asset Management Analyst. He was tasked with setting up the internal lease administration function, defining process/streamlining workflows, and providing the SVP of Asset Management and the C-Suite insight into A&B’s CRE portfolio. Prior to A&B, Cheyne worked at CBRE and Bishop Street Commercial starting in 2014 focusing on class A office leasing. Cheyne has represented institutional landlords such as The Shidler Group, Parallel Capital Partners, and Washington Prime Group. Three years after graduating from Punahou School, Cheyne earned his B.S. in Business with an Emphasis in Real Estate from Chapman University (Orange, CA). Cheyne played water polo, enjoys surfing, and paddles.
