With over 30 years of experience in retail and office sales and leasing, investment sales, build-to-suits and single-tenant NNN investment sales, Cheryl has secured over 1,000 transactions throughout her career. Cheryl began her career at Charles Dunn Company in downtown Los Angeles specializing in leasing and sales of mixed-use retail & office properties. Cheryl then moved with Charles Dunn to their Santa Monica office and several years later affiliated with Grubb & Ellis in Beverly Hills. Cheryl moved to NAI Capital after being Senior Vice President for over 10 years at the Pasadena office of Sperry Van Ness. Along with her vast knowledge in sales and marketing, Cheryl's real estate experience includes landlord and tenant lease representation, owner-user sales, investment sales in retail and office on the Westside, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire and NNN single-tenant sales nationwide.
