Cherie has been working in commercial real estate properties sales, leasing, and development, representing both buyers and sellers since 1985. Prior to working in commercial real estate, Cherie completed a Real Estate Development & Management Program which included an internship as a project manager in development and construction for Irvine Pacific, a division of the Irvine Company. Cherie represents private capital investors in the acquisition, disposition of office, medical office, retail, and industrial buildings. Her geographic representation is Northern California, primarily with emphasis on Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties.
