Chase joined Trinity Partners in 2017 as an associate of the Office Leasing team after college graduation. Chase provides support throughout all areas of the leasing process, including securing market information, preparing proposals, business development, participating in building tours, and general marketing support. Chase works closely with Trinity’s leasing team, supporting them in their work respected national institutional owners such as Dilweg, CapRidge, Trinity Capital Advisors, and AIG, on notable Charlotte properties including Johnston Building, Carmel Park, and LakePointe Corporate Center. Prior to his work for Trinity Partners, Chase worked for Global Location Strategies in Greenville, South Carolina, an industrial site selection consultancy with an international reach. He graduated from Furman University with a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
