Chase Grimes

Chase Grimes joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC as an Associate Advisor in the fall of 2012. His focus is in industrial, office, and retail opportunities in Colorado. His duties include new business development, underwriting investment opportunities, due diligence, and team management. Whether working with institutional investors or business owner/occupiers, Chase has found success by immersing himself in each’s clients specific needs and pairing them with the right real asset to achieve their goals. Chase is drawn to Commercial Real Estate because it is an ongoing learning process for the simple fact that no two projects are alike. After graduating from the University of Louisville in 2011, Chase worked for Michelson Realty Company out of St. Louis, Missouri where he worked in Market Analysis and Property Management. Chase was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri – Go Birds! In his free time he enjoys golfing, skiing, white water rafting and exploring all that Colorado has to offer with his German Shepherd “Daisy”
