Chase Gray

Chase Gray joined CC&T in 2025 and applies a results-driven approach to brokerage, development, and portfolio advisory. His experience includes agency leasing, tenant representation, and transaction management for industrial properties throughout the Carolinas. Before joining CC&T, Chase helped launch a property management division in the Upstate and completed more than $2 million in leasing transactions during his first year in brokerage. His background in property operations and asset repositioning gives him a practical understanding of both investor and occupier priorities in today’s market. Outside of work, Chase enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
