Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Chase worked in the construction and engineering industry for Kiewit, the fourth largest general contractor in the United States, specializing in financial and business analytics. As a Project Controller, Chase provided the lead financial oversight for multiple projects spanning transmission lines, power plants, and a $450M solar project which was the largest solar development in North America at the time. Since joining LANE4, Chase has utilized his financial background to help put together the acquisitions of two shopping centers, Times Square and Northwood. He continues to actively seek investment opportunities to add to the LANE4 portfolio. Chase has also been active in third party sales, assisting on the sale of two Neighborhood Centers in Kansas City, Santa Fe Square and Nieman Plaza.
