Charmaine first became licensed with the Toronto Real Estate Board in 1986. Her prior education from Wilfred Laurier University included Law, Economics and Marketing which made real estate a natural career choice. She has served on several Board Committees such as MLS Standards, Membership, and the Executive Council in addition to five other sub-committees. With over 35 years experience as a Realtor, Charmaine brings a wealth of knowledge to the group. From small condo units, to gas stations, and development lands, she has successfully covered all aspects of residential and commercial real estate. Her relaxed persona combined with a willingness to go the extra mile, have made her a mainstay within the Toronto Region Real Estate Board and across Ontario.
