Charlie Withers

Charlie Withers serves as an executive managing director in Newmark’s San Francisco office, where he specializes in project leasing and tenant representation. Charlie is one of the city’s top advisors for building owners executing full-scale creative renovations. Over the course of his real estate career, he has participated in over 4 million square feet of lease transactions and $800 million of aggregate sale transactions. He joined Newmark after 13 years as a senior vice president with CBRE.
