Moreover, his ability to explain the value of build-out and furniture costs, time savings, and risk mitigation to occupiers streamlines the subleasing process and creates mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties. With nearly a decade of experience in investment sales and leasing, Charlie joined CBRE from White Oak Commercial Real Estate in Lexington, Kentucky. While there, he provide leasing and sales services to owners and occupiers of office, industrial and retail properties in Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky, and Cincinnati, Ohio.
