Charlie King

Charlie has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. As a freshman in high school, he started his own lawn care business called King’s Lawn Service. Through this experience he learned to effectively network and build relationships with his clientele. One of those relationships was Gary Oborny. Gary mentored Charlie while he was in high school and this continued during an internship at Occidental as a demographic research intern, while he was earning his degree from KU. As sales and leasing manager, a day in the life of Charlie includes researching new and/or expanding companies, networking and building relationships, and calling on potential tenants. Charlie is a lover of good scotch and the great outdoors. When he isn’t making deals in the office, he can be found sharing a dessert at Milkfloat with his high school sweetheart. His other hobbies include hunting, playing with his Aussie – Quinn – or enjoying a glass of Lagavulin 16 in his scotch cave.
