Prior to becoming Realtor, Charlie was a developer, heavily involved in buying and flipping properties. Seeing the community become a more prosperous environment led him to the decision to become an agent. Having vast knowledge of various communities and neighborhoods, he wanted to be more "hands on" in the field. Charlie values building close relationships and communication with people, and making a sale is just the cherry on top. He prioritizes his client’s needs whether it’s something they want done or something they can’t decide on. He will go that extra mile to make sure they are fully sure of their decision.
