Charlie started at CBRE in June of 2015. He assists clients with their office real estate requirements throughout Boston by working to develop a strategy and executing on their behalf. Charlie possesses a deep understanding of the Boston office market, focusing specifically on urban submarkets. Charlie began his career at CBRE on the Retail Brokerage team, again with a specific focus on Boston. He has significant experience representing retail tenants on expansion plans throughout Boston and with landlords in and around Boston on their retail space programming.
