Charlie Hexum

Charlie Hexum is a Senior Associate at CBRE where he focuses on Retail Advisory & Transaction Services. Based in the Minneapolis office, Charlie is primarily focused on leasing retail properties in the Twin Cities metro area on behalf of institutional and regional landlord clients along with business partner, Rob Wise. Since beginning his real estate career, Charlie has represented various clients in transactions that have totaled in excess of 325,000 square feet. He is an active member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR) and is currently a pursuing his CCIM designation.
