Charlie joined the CB Richard Ellis office group in 1990, bringing his broad-based experience to sales and leasing activities as an office specialist. As a member of the Asset Services Team, he has also served CBRE clients in the capacity of Real Estate Manager. Through his 14 year record of exceptional client services, Charlie has advanced his successful consultative and negotiating skills to provide property owners and their tenants, with the widest range of brokerage and management services. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, he was Pendleton Woolen Mills' Marketing Manager, responsible for key account sales, marketing presentations, strategic planning, and coordination of international programs, resulting in increased market penetration nationally and internationally.
