Prior to joining Colliers in June 2023, Charlie opened and helped grow the Avison Young Oakland office in 2014 and was previously a broker with Cushman & Wakefield in the San Francisco East Bay since 1993. Charlie specializes in tenant and landlord representation and real estate advisory & strategy services throughout the East Bay and for several key clients nationally & internationally. His approach combines high ethical standards and listening to the client to help achieve their ideal real estate goals. He is very proud of a long successful track record with repeat clients.
