Charley Leavitt

Charley Leavitt joined Stream in August 2023 as a Co-Managing Director in the Carolinas. He works to grow the firm’s brand presence, cultivate talent to meet the market’s needs, and expand occupier services across North and South Carolina. He is responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, concentrating on landlord representation. Charley served as a Senior Managing Director at JLL for more than 13.5 years before moving to Stream. After graduating from college, he joined Bissell Companies’ office leasing team and served in several roles during his 10-year tenure. He is credited with developing more than 5 million square feet of ground-up projects–including some in areas not historically known for office use–and working on numerous adaptive reuse ventures across the Charlotte region. In his free time, Charley enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, playing golf, attending concerts, and supporting his favorite sports teams.
